By downloading or using Skinful AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Skinful AI provides AI-powered skincare product analysis by scanning product ingredient labels. Results are for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Skinful AI is NOT a medical device. Our ingredient analysis and safety ratings do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional for skin concerns. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information from this App.

4. Subscriptions

Skinful AI Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited scans and advanced analysis features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App belong to Skinful AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Skinful AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to skin reactions or health issues resulting from product use decisions made based on App information.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
