Skinful AI ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Skinful AI mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address from the authentication provider. We do not receive or store your password.
• Camera & Photos: With your permission, we access your device camera to scan skincare product labels, and your photo library to analyze saved images. Images are processed on-device or transmitted temporarily for AI analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers.
• Scan History: We store a history of products you've scanned so you can revisit them. This data is tied to your account.
• Subscription Data: If you subscribe to Skinful AI Pro, RevenueCat processes your payment. We do not collect or store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide ingredient analysis and safety ratings for scanned products
• To maintain your scan history and personal profile
• To manage your subscription and provide premium features
• To improve our AI analysis accuracy
• To communicate important updates about the service

3. Data Storage & Security

• Account and scan data is stored on Supabase with Row Level Security enabled — your data is only accessible to you
• Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure hardware storage (iOS Keychain)
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our app:

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and payment processing
• Apple / Google: Sign-in authentication

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

5. Your Rights

• Access: You can view your profile and scan history within the app at any time
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data from the Profile screen in the app. This permanently removes your account, scan history, and all personal information
• Export: Contact us to request a copy of your data
• Opt-out: You can revoke camera/photo permissions in your device Settings at any time

6. Children's Privacy

Skinful AI is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date.
